Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Our Service. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years of age. The Company does not permit use of the Service by those under 18. Your use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy.

Custom Product Policy

Non-Refundable Orders

All custom magnet orders are made-to-order using photos You provide. Because custom products are personalized and cannot be resold, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders except as specifically described in this section.

Cancellation Policy

If You need to cancel Your order, please contact Us as soon as possible at hello@skinnywrist.shop. Cancellations are handled as follows:

  • Before production begins: We will make every reasonable effort to cancel Your order and issue a full refund.
  • After production has begun: Cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued for the product cost.
  • If the order has not yet shipped: You may be eligible for reimbursement of shipping charges only. Product charges remain non-refundable once production has begun.
  • After the order has shipped: No cancellation or refund is available.

We strongly encourage You to review Your order carefully before submission, as errors discovered after production begins cannot be corrected at no charge.

Photo Quality and Resolution

The quality of Your finished magnets depends directly on the resolution and quality of the photos You upload. Our minimum requirement is 900×900 pixels. If We determine that an uploaded image has insufficient resolution or quality:

  • We will make every reasonable effort on Our part to enhance or correct the image.
  • If the image quality cannot be adequately corrected, We will contact You at the email address provided with Your order to request higher-resolution replacement images before proceeding with production.
  • If suitable replacement images cannot be provided and production has not yet begun, We will work with You on a case-by-case basis to find an appropriate resolution.

User-Uploaded Photos — Rights and Responsibilities

Warranty of Ownership

By uploading any photo or image to Our Service, You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the original copyright owner of the image, OR You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or rights from the copyright holder to upload, reproduce, and use the image for the purpose of creating custom products.
  • Your upload does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
  • You have the legal authority to grant the licenses described in these Terms.

License Grant

By uploading a photo to Our Service, You grant Skinny Wrist, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and process the uploaded image for the purposes of:

  • Fulfilling Your custom magnet order.
  • If You have granted social media permission at checkout: displaying Your photos on Our social media platforms for promotional purposes. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting Us at hello@skinnywrist.shop, and We will cease future promotional use of Your images.

This license does not permit Us to sell, sublicense, or transfer Your images to unaffiliated third parties for their independent commercial use.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload images that:

  • Infringe on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contain nudity, sexually explicit material, or any content that exploits minors.
  • Depict or promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activity.
  • Violate the privacy or publicity rights of any individual, including unauthorized use of another person’s likeness.

Right to Remove Content

Skinny Wrist, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, remove, or decline to reproduce any uploaded image at any time, including images that appear to infringe third-party copyrights, violate these Terms, or are otherwise objectionable. In such cases, We will contact You to discuss alternatives or issue a refund where appropriate.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skinny Wrist, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your uploaded images, including any claim that Your images infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
  • Your breach of the warranty of ownership described in these Terms.
  • Any violation of applicable law in connection with Your use of the Service.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. We strongly advise You to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites You visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, or 100 USD if You have not made any purchase.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising from Your use of or inability to use the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.

“AS IS” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, or federal laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have a concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting Us at hello@skinnywrist.shop. We will make every reasonable effort to address Your concern promptly and fairly.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise that right at any time thereafter. A waiver of a breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at Our sole discretion. If a revision is material, We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
